What is UV Printing
UV printing is a digital process that uses high-intensity ultraviolet light to instantly cure specially formulated inks. During printing, UV ink is applied directly to the product surface and immediately hardened under UV lamps, resulting in sharp, durable, and visually striking graphics.
This instant curing process not only improves production efficiency but also ensures excellent adhesion and surface clarity. Combined with a protective UV varnish layer, the final result is highly resistant to fading, weathering, and wear—making it ideal for outdoor cycling applications.
From a sustainability perspective, UV printing is also a responsible choice. The UV inks we use are BPA-free and do not emit Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), helping brands align with environmentally conscious manufacturing practices.
