Step 2: Design & Deposit Once we’ve received your request, we’ll share the rim design and discuss your specific performance requirements (e.g., stiffness, strength, weight). When the design is finalized, a 30% deposit secures your order. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Step 3: Development & Sampling You’ll be kept in the loop throughout the development phase. Once the product is ready, you’ll receive a detailed test report and two sample rims for your testing.
Step 4: Production Once you’ve approved the samples, we’ll move forward with production. If you prefer to make the rims in batches, just let us know.
Step 5: Shipping & Final Payment After passing our quality inspections, we’ll pack and ship your rims. The remaining balance is due before shipment.
